I always feel confident that my needs are a priority, and they take the time to make sure everything is handled properly. One thing that really sets them apart is their responsiveness, they always answer the phone and are ready to help whenever I need assistance.   I have been with Kyle Dance State Farm Agency for several years now and they have been excellent! From answering my questions, to reaching out during policy renewal, insurance has not felt like a burden must have, but a helpful understanding on how to protect the ones I love. I especially want to highlight Alisha. She walked through all of my policy renewals for 2026 and continued to make me feel like part of a family. The hard questions like “what do I do about the hail that just came through” weren’t so hard her expertise along with conversations about my concerns and my policy made it easy. Thanks, State Farm!
