If you need someone who truly takes care of their clients, I highly recommend asking for Maddie!

Neither policy will pay, the adjuster was very rude. I have sent multiple emails and my agent listed never responded. I kept asking why I was overcharged. Called the phone number and they also said they didn’t know and would investigate. They never called me back. Upon calling back they said it was now fixed but that I was overcharged, they didn’t offer a refund or any help. What a joke! If you want to burn your money just light it on fire, it would be more appealing!
