- AHArmando HernanMar 19, 20261.0Sad to share my frustrating experience with this office. Allstate charged my mortgage insurance twice last year. They claimed they sent a reimbursement check to Wells Fargo, and Wells Fargo says they never received it. Meanwhile, my escrow increased because of the overcharge. The most disappointing part is the lack of accountability — it truly doesn’t feel like “good hands” at all.
- ADAlycia DouglasDec 17, 20255.0Due to some "mad Oklahoma weather", I unfortunately had to file a claim for extensive hail damage that destroyed my vehicle. I had never filed a claim of this nature so I was not certain of the procedure. Mr. Shoemake's assistant, Allison Koester, most certainly is well versed in filing insurance claims. Allison assisted me with the utmost professionalism every step of the way in filing my claim. Unfortunately my vehicle was totaled. I am thankful for my insurance team for helping me get my claim filed expeditiously and efficidently. I am blessed to have such a great team to work with. Sincerely, Alycia Douglas

Walked out without quote cause it was taking to long. I probed her thinking she was new, she's been there 1.5 years so I don't know...
