  I have been with State Farm for over 35 years and have had Joe for an agent for 25 years. Joe has always been there when we had a claim and went the extra mile when a problem arose. we recently had 3 claims and he and his staff were quick to settle the claims. He is an exceptional agent with an A++ staff. I will always recommend State Farm and this agency.

  As inconvenient as accidents are, everyone I dealt with at Joe McAdams State Farm was professional, friendly and helpful, making a stressful situation much better. They sent links to the car rental and repair shop I chose, police reports, and claim updates, making all information easy to access. Thank you for making the process simple and hassle free from start to finish.

  Excellent customer service. Trina was amazing. She gave me all my options for homeowners as well as car insurance coverage and explained it in a way that I could understand it. She did not high pressure me like some agents I have dealt with in the past. Joe McAdams was my elderly mother’s neighbor several years ago before she passed. He and his wife always checked on her and his wife every Christmas brought her a platter of homemade cookies and candies. I trust Joe and Trina implicitly!
