- JDJeff DennisSep 16, 20251.0Had to cancel my homeowners because of terrible service during my only homeowner's claim. I had hail damage on my house and pole building. Also lost my RV carport. They fought me tooth and nail on every line item and never did get enough money to take care of the house repairs. I was not able to repair my pole building or replace the carport. They take your premiums and stick it to you when you have a claim. I had a total replacement policy. The agent was ok, but the company is terrible!!
