They got us insurance cards because my husband is old school and although they don't have a 'office' which drive hubs crazy they are always willing to meet with us if need be. (Hubs is just a complainer we never meet). They are extremely tolerant of old cranky tolerant spouses. Have been with the company as our insured for decades and Slips office recently took over when our guy retired. Transfer went smooth and seamless.
