    Can't even get through to them on the phone. The system sends you a PIN and after you give the PIN you get connected to someone at a call center overseas. Absolutely ridiculous!

    --- Oof. We didn’t realize our trusted agent had sold out to the circus that is Lanzanetta. Today, we got a call from them claiming our homeowners insurance was past due. No big deal—except the tone was straight out of a debt collection agency. Within minutes, they followed up with a text and an email hammering the same point. Necessary? Absolutely not. The email read like it was meant for someone dodging 80 credit card payments, not a loyal customer of 25 years. It was aggressive, impersonal, and completely tone-deaf. I called and spoke with someone named Josh. I calmly explained my frustration, but could hear him giggling in the background. I asked, “Are you laughing?” He denied it, claiming he was listening intently—while continuing to chuckle. I told him I was incensed, wished him a good weekend, and hung up. I’ve since contacted their headquarters and am now switching agents. If you value professionalism, respect, and basic customer service, steer clear of Lanzanetta. Save your time, your money, and your sanity.
