    I am very happy this company opened a Whitehouse location! Although, I would have driven to Archbold if I wanted to meet with their agents. It would have been worth the drive. They are foremost, knowledgeable, but importantly to me, personable. They treat me as if I am family, or certainly at least a friend, rather than a "client" or "customer". There is no pressure; they provide the information I need, answer ALL my questions, and allow me to make my own decisions, taking as much time as I need. They are there to help, and seem happy to do so.

    I've had my auto and home insurance with them for years. They are prompt in answering my questions and checking the market for options at renewal so I know I'm getting the best deal.

    I've worked with Beck Insurance for a long time, you might be able to save a few bucks with a big internet agency, but if you have problems I can tell you that Becks help you through it, nice to be able to call people rather than getting a recording, if you need insurance call Joe Beck, good small town service
