- JHJim HowesNov 5, 20251.0I am not a customer. I get junk email from this insurance company because it does not perform even the most basic checks on customer data. It will probably be defrauded to death. Not my problem, but would you rely on an insurance policy from a company with such a lax attitude to verifying data.

- KHKevin HogeMar 1, 20171.0It took 8 months to get my insurance settled after someone took off after hitting my rental car in a parking garage. Michael, my "agent" refused to be of any help and could only tell me to take it up with the adjuster. After many hours on the phone with adjusters they only paid a portion of the amount due to the rental car company leaving collection agents calling me every week! I did not receive one phone call from Michael during the entire 8 months although I called many times looking for guidance.
