  Agent never returns calls, can't even get ahold of his office. The number gets forwarded to the call center where you spoke with a non-english person and problem never gets resolved. I would NEVER recommend Allstate to anyone I know!

  Cheryl was most helpful in discussing my policy, what is and is not covered, and modifying my coverage for future situations. We have been policy holders for 18 years and have always received great service by the office staff…but Cheryl went above and beyond today!

  I have been a long time (15 years) customer of Allstate Insurance for both home and auto. I had been satisfied until this past year when it all fell apart. My claim for storm/wind damage to my roof was first approved then denied by Allstate despite all the homes near me having their insurance carriers (not Allstate)support their claims and replace their roofs. I received zero support from my agent. If you’re ever thinking that you might place a roof claim, dump Allstate and find another insurance company.
