  The worst group of people I have ever worked with. My truck was wrecked in November and it is now Feb 12,2024 and nothing has been resolved. They have the worst follow up with customers and I am still not sure why I had to be the one calling them and the body shop. When confronting them about issues they said they would look into all I got was a bunch of stuttering lies because nothing was followed up. I have had to file with the state of Ohio Department of Insurance because the low effort. If you get a chance stay away form All State and Ken Lindsey Insurance.

  BEWARE! Do not use Ken Lindsay Allstate insurance. I was a customer of this agency for almost 5 years and had to switch because of very poor customer service and errors they made on my policy that cost me extra money. I was promised again and again that someone would follow-up with me regarding a “Policy Change” that I did not recognize which increased my Auto by $72.54 and my Homeowners by $43.09. This "Policy Change" and price increase happened right after I paid in full over $2100 for my Policy Renewals. Unfortunately, after many weeks of trying to understand what and why the "Policy Change" occurred . . . . simply no one had the courtesy to respond to me. So I gave up and changed Allstate Agents. I later learned from my new Agent that my EZ Pay discount was wrongly removed by Ken Lindsay's Agency, which in turn caused the "Policy Change" and price increases. This EZ Pay discount was removed without any notification to me, even though I paid my Homeowners in full via the EZ Pay process via a bank account draft and paid my Auto in full through an EZ Pay process they called “reoccurring credit card payment." Turns out there is no such thing as "reoccurring credit card payment" . . . go figure. I completely lost my trust in this agency and transferred my policies to a different local Allstate group. They have extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, poor knowledge of their payment systems and policy discounts as well as lack of general policy knowledge.
