  Every year I ask Keith to take the time to make sure that we are getting the best coverage at the best rate and every year he delivers. Working with Keith and Pfister is more like working with a friend than it is working with a company.

  I am always impressed with Keith's thorough, thoughtful response to my questions. Every response answers all my questions in detail and if he does not know an answer he gives me details as to who he needs to speak to and when he will receive the information he needs to make an informed answer. Keith knows how to get after it!
