- DHDarel HarwellMar 29, 20241.0Terrible office and terrible company. After the 90 mile per hour windstorm of August 2023 hit, I experienced significant damage to my roof. Allstate (who chose to provide coverage and to whom I have made my $276 premium every month without fail) refused to cover the damage, stating that the roof was already in failure. Insurance companies DO NOT provide coveage on roofs that are failing. They then hired an external engineering company from Florida to write up a report saying the the roof appeared to be failing since installation. Yet, in their initial report when they began coverage Allstate aid in writing that the roof was only 12 years old. I am now forced to seek legal assiatance and to go through the Ohio Board of Insurance complaint process. DO NOT go through this office or through Allstate. They are not in the business of insurance. They are in the business of FRAUD.
