I have a completely clean record and stayed free of tickets and accidents through my time with this agency. It’s like they got me in at a low rate under a hundred and then before cancelling I was paying over two hundred dollars. I now have an independent agent and that’s who I will continue to deal with now. I cancelled with Allstate over a month ago and now they just took more money off of me for only 6 days they still had me covered under their agency almost another hundred dollars just for that. I called to question that and like always, another excuse! Ultimately, I was lied to and told my last premium would cost X amount and the payment ended up being much more than what I was told. Very disappointing.
