  I switched to allstate a few months ago and that was the best thing that I have done. They are very helpful and friendly while helping out and they saved me a crap load of money so happy I switched

  This place is absolutely unprofessional. They cancelled my automatic payments without my knowledge. Angela Baylee’s contacted me to tell me my automatic payment was cancelled and account was pass due $222. She let me split the payments up 9/24 and 10/8 and she agreed to automatically process the payments for me on those dates. Angela also contacted me 9/24 to confirm process of the partial payment and emailed receipt of payment. My policy was then cancelled three days later 9/27. Angela then tells me the symptoms automatically processed my policy termination and it’s nun she can do and I will have to go elsewhere. I have not been able to talk with a supervisor because Angela is screening my calls because when I tried to call again she said I will have them call you back and I will use the caller id information. She didn’t even ask who she was even speaking to. Absolutely unprofessional. I have seen other reviews where they make a mistake and blame the customer.

  Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with any of my communications. I will disclose I recently switched agencies before writing this. I would just like to point out when I switched (large company) the insurance agent reached out directly to make sure I was satisfied with the process and my policies. I recently evaluated my policy during my renewal and contacted Kelly for assistance. The response was incredibly delayed - which is OK because I understand everyone is busy. However after the lack of response, I decided to move to a different agency. I provided written documentation to cancel my policy based on an effective date. A month later I'm still being told I have a late payment and my policy will be cancelled. I am just disappointed that someone so based in customer service is simply unable to communicate.
