- IHIssa HanjaniJul 8, 20241.0Very deceptive practice I purchased auto insurance with this agency that represents Allstate also tried to purchase home owners insurance they told me to send pictures which I did then after a week or 2 they said Allstate denied homeowners insurance then I received a letter from a Allstate a bill for 110.69 called the agency and was told not to worry about it then I received a letter from a collection agency on behalf of Allstate for 110.69 the agency told me that we did cover your home for one month but decided not to insure you you were denied by Allstate so you owe Allstate the 110.69 four months later I paid the 110.69 to the collection agency today just want everyone to know think twice dealing with Allstate insurance companies deceptive practices horrible experience with basset agency that represents Allstate
