  I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars. After being a loyal Allstate customer for 25 years, I left, because of Doug Neighbors. After screwing up my policy while trading in our old vehicle, he somehow comes up deciding I owe $425 extra in 1 month. He's a liar and will do anything possible to take your money! The office lady is also so rude and non helpful. Don't expect him to try and get you the best rate, he told me that was MY job to call and ask him for a better rate.

  I was contacted by Allstate to come in and review my policy for possible savings, so I made the appointment and went in. We talked for about 15 or 20 minutes and I was told he would contact me. It’s been about a year and nothing. I have 2 cars and 2 homes, but I guess this agent don’t think my business is good enough. The office in my opinion was very unprofessional... I will take my business elsewhere.
