- KOKris OJan 3, 20251.0I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars. After being a loyal Allstate customer for 25 years, I left, because of Doug Neighbors. After screwing up my policy while trading in our old vehicle, he somehow comes up deciding I owe $425 extra in 1 month. He's a liar and will do anything possible to take your money! The office lady is also so rude and non helpful. Don't expect him to try and get you the best rate, he told me that was MY job to call and ask him for a better rate.

When a dealership screwed up paperwork they had to redo my insurance but did it in a timely matter and went above and beyond to make sure I had paper and electronic copies. They seem very organized and on top of things. Would definitely recommend!
