But I have been requesting a call back from my agent to ask why I am being charged a certain fee and I have not received one. I've called the 1-800 Allstate number, and they were supposed to forward it to my agent. I received no reply. Two weeks later I received a courtesy call to check on my service and I told them about the issue I was having. The gentleman who placed the courtesy call apologized. He said he would forward it to my insurance agent and I would be receiving a call within the next 48 hours. I still haven't received a call in that was over a week ago. I'm a little frustrated that they are available to take my money, but when I have a question no one can get in touch with me.
