I'm in service industry and know some can't be pleased no matter what you do, but he sure tries.I live in KY with high rates Doug has beat out every quote by at least 1k a year. All I can say you just have to try him, expect the best service, he will go beyond yours expectation.

The money he has saved us over the last 25+ years...the insurance practically pays for itself. If you have questions or need to file a claim, Doug is incredibly easy to get in touch with. He knows his stuff and has always been quick to respond or get back to us. He's not just the face of the business, he IS the business. Unless your insurance company needs to talk to you, you'll mostly only be dealing with laid back Doug, himself. I trust Doug Smithson and truly believe he'd give me the shirt off his back if I needed it. He's that kind of guy.
