- CBChristopher Bosco5 days ago5.0Grace from the state from Office in Middletown, OH walked me through my renters and auto insurance step by step. Which was a task because I had been a progressive customer for 25 years. So it was scary to change. Grace walked me through it all, was patient and quoted me several different options and let ME figure out what I wanted. Then she waited patiently until I was ready to change over. Then I changed over with her boss and the owner Michael who couldnt have bedn nicer. He confirmed all my important information, told me EVERYTHING i was paying for and where the money was going every cent. It was then that I knew this was the RIGHT choice to move over. Now I am only asking myself...why didnt I move over sooner.... Shout out to the team of Michael & Grace you guys are amazing. HIGHLY recommend and I will tell everyone I know. Thank you for making the transition from my old insurance to State Farm. 👊😎.
