  My husband and I have had our home and auto insurance with this local Allstate office for many years now. A couple of times a year we call and to put a vehicle in and out of storage mode and they are always very helpful and efficient. We currently are settling a hail damage claim that resulted in the total claim of one of our vehicles, use of a rental, etc. this office and staff have been very helpful to provide information and help us through the process. And the out of state calamity claims adjuster we worked with from Allstate overall was professional, personable and kind. Allstate has been very good to work with overall, but it is especially nice to know we have such a great local office to support us when needed.

  Best experience. I am not new to buying insurance. But I would have to say that I never really understood what I was buying and the coverage. Maureen and Johnna took the time to explain each and every aspect of the policy, what it means, what it covers and what is different from what we had. No insurance company is perfect. It is the agent that makes the difference. Maureen is the best around.

  Tara Shoemaker with Allstate went above and beyond to help analyze our insurance needs, current coverage and options. She was able to offer additional coverage and for less money than we were previously paying for the lesser coverage. She was courteous and patient to explain each step to us with the on-boarding process, thus making it super simple on our end. In addition, she also bridged the lack of information between our current auto loan holder and Allstate, our new insurance provider. She was excellent to handle the documentation necessary to show the lien holder there had not been any gap in coverage between our previous insurer and Allstate. She has always been very willing to listen and help provide assistance in any way we have needed. I would highly recommend giving her an opportunity to analyze your situation and needs as well.
