Ryan Parnell of Allstate Insurance in Medina is all of that and more. My husband Gregg and I have known Ryan Parnell for years and he has never once let us down. Most recently, after the heartbreaking loss of Gregg in cancer in October, Ryan worked tirelessly to help me first rearrage my home and auto policies and then worked with all my claims in an efficient manner. Knowing I have an insurance agent goes the extra mile and who treats me like family and not a business account puts my mind at such ease.

My agency as well as myself have been trying to get a hold of him repeatedly. This morning when contact was made, the call mysteriously got disconnected. Do your job, please!

We own several vehicles, a few motorcycles and a RV. Ryan Parnell has been in a class of his own. He always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. He also is very personable and responsive. Lastly I read the last review about Ryan relocating to Wellington. I not sure why they stated that. I know for certain Ryans office is still located in the Medina/Wadsworth area and is not closed.
