    We had an incredibly frustrating experience with this branch. My mother called to cancel her personal auto policy, as she was recently added to a family policy with my husband and me—also through Allstate. She never gave any information about my husband or his policy, yet the agent she spoke with (who was "the head of the cancellation dept") somehow managed to cancel my husbands entire auto policy instead, while leaving hers active. There was no confirmation of names, no verification—just a massive and careless mistake that caused unnecessary stress and a lapse in coverage. When we realized what had happened and called the local branch back, she was told by an employee that it would be fixed immediately, but she didnt do it while on the phone with my mother and hours later nothing had changed. We had to escalate the issue through the main Allstate customer service line, and thankfully they were able to help us get my husband's policy reinstated. But it will take up to 6 days for this to happen now. This stressful situation should have never happened in the first place. Mistakes happen—but this felt like complete negligence. At the very least, we expected courtesy and proper verification before making changes to any account. We’ll be extremely cautious about dealing with this branch again.

    Downloaded the Allstate app on my phone to use in case of an accident. Like that I can print my policy coverage in case I misplace it.

    Allstate is a HUGE company so I went with them due to their reputation. I stay with Dawn Franklin because Mark and Sherry (I hope that is her name, she recently helped me with adding a new car and deleting my old one from my policy). They treat you as a member of the family. You are not a transaction or number, you are a customer and they make me feel valued. Great folks!
