  I started with this agency back in February of this year Miss Angela Williams started off very nice the communication was on point I never had to call this woman at all until I want my due date in June of this year she did not tell me that she was going to rewrite my policy she did inform me that it was going to change a little bit and she told me how much it would change but when I looked at my app to go and see what the change would cost me it was not the change that she said it was a totally different change I had to call this lady 14 times in order for her to answer the phone and finally when she did answer the telephone and I told her that I called another Allstate to get information on my policy she claims she did not know the policy was rewrote until she looked into it for herself she Fail to communicate that information with me very poor communication skills I don’t leave messages on peoples answering machines because people don’t return phone calls anymore what’s the purpose of having a secretary in your office if your secretary never answers the phone and this is my personal opinion
