  I was a long time full-coverage customer for years of Allstate and never had a late or missed payment. In 2021 I had the Worst experience of my life with this man dealing with an insurance issue that could’ve easily been resolved. I told this claims representative that I was already handling a auto situation and plan to go to court against the other person involved and asked that he record my statement of refusing to go through my insurance policy. He lied to me and said his recorder was broken and forced his own judgment into the situation stating that I have full coverage, let the insurance company pay for everything and just be done with it. I was towards the end of my pregnancy and this situation increased the amount of stress that I had to deal with going back and forth with him to have rights as a loyal client. Fast forward to the end of the claim decision/conclusion; he put me in a situation having to pay for damages on a vehicle that Allstate refused to pay for and left me in thousands of dollars worth of debt. I had to leave Allstate Immediately after he ruined my life. To this day he keeps harassing me sending letters to my home asking me to come back to Allstate and I have made several complaints for him to stop and contacted his supervisor who likes to overlook his unethical behavior.

  what did the company do about the woman that back into my car i sent you a email about it. the inform in may 2023 her insurance is young american i I call your office but didnt get to talk to you so i had all state to fix the car

  I have had Allstate since I have been a driver. My parents have used Ricardo as our agent for all of our auto and home insurance needs. When I bought my first home it was a no-brainer that I'd work with Ricardo again. He makes sure to get us all of the discounts available and his assistant Angel is truly that. Whenever I need a copy of my insurance, information or if I have to file a claim they are always available and patient. They go above and beyond the standard of customer service!
