    Amazing customer service! I called in today to ask a question about my policy. I spoke with Dakota first. He was very nice & told me he would look into my issue and call me back. I received a callback from Wesley, who stated he spoke with Dakota re: my issue. After confirming a few things, Wesley was able to correct my issue. This was by far the most efficient transaction I've had with an insurance co. I also have been a customer service manager for 20 years. These 2 employees are of the caliber that managers want for their business! They were very well spoken, easy to deal with & detail oriented. Thank you for making my interaction a positive one!
