  I started with direct insurance 6 months ago and it has been wonderful. I worked with Misty King located at the Lancaster Walmart office. Whenever I need assistance with questions or paying my bill online she is always there to assist me! Thank you again Misty King for the best customer service when I have question.

  I started new insurance here 3 weeks ago for me and my granddaughter, I did the whole application online with Misty King , she was so personable, helpful. I felt like she was a best friend. I'm so knowledgeable in sales, this girl has it, Great job Misty. I stumbled onto this insurance and here by accident. Thank you so much

  Dylan was very helpful. The policy was a little more expensive than The General’s, but worth it because I spoke to a real person and not an automated machine.
