  The Ackerman group has EXCEEDED my expectations over the last three years with their responsiveness and quality of service. I have had some unusual and extraordinary situations and they could not have been more helpful and on top of their business. More historical experience has been most insurance companies are average at best. Allstate and the Ackerman group have been superior! They are simply terrific. Kudos to the team!

  Great experience with anyone I talk to at this office. Typically have quick interactions to get my needs addressed quickly and succinctly. Special mention to Markeith for doing additional account review after policy changes, noting difference in prices and taking the time to explain additional discounts and how to achieve them for both drivers.

  Mailed an insurance quote addressed to my mother, who is deceased, for a property she never owned or lived at, located in a state in which he is not located or licensed. Would be funny if it wasn't a tragic reminder of who I've lost.
