I’ve had some huge damage to my home from Tornadoes and high winds and ever since I made a claim for the 2nd time on the same issue, this office has been. WILL NOT CALL ME BACK, WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO MY CLAIM THAT EILL NOT CALL ME BACK EITHER. This all started back in May 2024 when I first called them and they acted like they cared and then they went silent on me. I EVEN ask for Charlie Broxterman, himself to call me back multiple times and HAVE NOT RECEIVED EVEN “1” CALL BACK. I could go on and on and on but I think I’ve done well 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
