- MWMike WoodsAug 1, 20241.0Let's start off by when I wanted to start a policy my price changed three different times before I could start it. Then after that several weeks went by I sold a car and dropped it for my policy and they said I would get a refund check it's been over 2 weeks and still haven't got my check. I just got a text from my broker Katrina knuckles saying that she canceled my policy with another broker because I was double insured. Not sure she's allowed to cancel my policy with another agent. Went into speak with them in person nobody was in the office. This isn't the best place to get insurance needless to say I will be looking elsewhere. The sad thing is I am willing to pay more money to get away from these people.
