- ATAngie ThomasAug 25, 20241.0I had a tire blow out I called roadside assistance. They never showed up. I had to abandon my vehicle and catch public transportation home. I no longer felt safe where I was.The tow company never answered the phone and when they called me I was already at home. There ETA was Between 10 & 10:30. They called me after 12:00am and asked me if I still need a tow when I said no he hung up on me. The tracking provider from your app said he had arrived at around 10:30. He hadn't. Awful customer service 😞
