  Walked into this location to see if I could get any better deals on my insurance. They were able to save me money and bundle my home and motor policy very professional establishment would definitely recommend.

  I strongly do not recommend this branch. My wife’s gas tank was punctured by a rock on the highway, and with three kids under three years old, we were already in a stressful and vulnerable position. We had to get the car towed, and when we reached out to Jaime’s team for help with a rental car, we were told the claim hadn’t been accepted yet. Their advice? If we needed a vehicle immediately, we should rent one ourselves and we’d be reimbursed up to $1,250. Kia initially said the repair would take only two days. However, due to Allstate’s failure to communicate with Kia in a timely manner, the process dragged out for two full weeks. With three babies, we had no choice but to rent a three-row vehicle, which cost over $100 per day. By the time the car was finally repaired, the rental bill totaled $1,650. I understood we'd be responsible for anything over $1,250, but I trusted we’d at least be reimbursed the amount they promised. Then came the shock: we were told we’d only be reimbursed $600. I explained that we had been told $1,250, and they said they would review the call recording. When they got back to us, they claimed we were only told $40 per day—which is completely false. I asked Jaime for help, and he said there was nothing he could do. I then requested to hear the recordings myself, but was told I don’t have that right because they are “Allstate property.” Even worse, the $600 reimbursement took almost two months to receive—despite me calling and checking in with the claims team daily. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We followed all instructions, trusted the information we were given, and were left footing a large bill due to Allstate’s poor communication and misinformation. I would caution anyone dealing with this branch to get everything in writing and not rely on verbal assurances.
