I was told by the road side assistance that they would pick my car up in the morning and i looked and once again they cancelled my tow. So unprofessional.
- DMDouglas MasseyJun 3, 20141.0BEWARE! Do not use Brian Woods Allstate (Formerly Komen Insurance [must have to keep changing names to dodge troubles]). If you end up having to have a claim, they will lie, deceive, and string you on trying to get you to capitulate. Both Michael Komen and inside staff like Amy Glover will lie to your face about your claim. They will call you, let it ring once, then hangup and mark down that you are not taking calls. They then try to deny your claim due to you "not making contact". When you try and call back they will be "in a meeting" or "in training". They must be in training to learn how to better screw over their customers. Avoid them at all costs. You might get a low price, but it will come with nothing in return. Scam artists through and through. Do not trust them.
