  I’ve been with brian and his team for many years now and I feel like family. I’m always able to get answers to my questions in affordable coverage for all areas of my financial life. I would highly recommend this agent and his team.

  This company doesn't answer or return you're calls. I requested documents that were never sent! They will tell you everything they are not responsible to cover in your policy!!!!

  I was hung up on by someone in his office for asking questions. She said I asked them too fast and I needed to give her time to look them up. I only had three. I said to her if I ask you 20 questions just write them down, and told her I didn't like how nasty she was being. She hung up on me. Little does she know I brought a couple of people with me when I got my policy. They won't have them for long. I know I'm out.

  BEWARE! Do not use Brian Woods Allstate (Formerly Komen Insurance [must have to keep changing names to dodge troubles]). If you end up having to have a claim, they will lie, deceive, and string you on trying to get you to capitulate. Both Michael Komen and inside staff like Amy Glover will lie to your face about your claim. They will call you, let it ring once, then hangup and mark down that you are not taking calls. They then try to deny your claim due to you "not making contact". When you try and call back they will be "in a meeting" or "in training". They must be in training to learn how to better screw over their customers. Avoid them at all costs. You might get a low price, but it will come with nothing in return. Scam artists through and through. Do not trust them.
