    I don't normally bother with reviews, but my experience should be shared. I called in early October about a quote for home and auto. I gave Jim everything he asked for and waited. 2 weeks, nothing. Called last week and left a message. Nothing. I called again Monday because my current insurance was done November 2nd. "I'll call you right back." Tuesday I called again and left a message. A girl from the office called me back and took my information again. Said she would get the quote together and have Jim call me back. Thursday, nothing. Today was the final day to get a quote, so I called again and left a message. I finally get a call back from Jim. He told me someone else was supposed to call me. I was already pretty upset and was trying not to be rude, and asked why it was such a hassle to get a quote. He exact words, "Well we couldn't save you any money anyway." I thanked him for his help and hung up immediately. I admit that was rude on my end, but I wasn't going to escalate things. Very unprofessional and I can honestly say I have never been treated that way from a company. I wanted to give the benefit of maybe a bad day and I was lost in the shuffle, because it happens. I have a clean driving record, and always pay my bills, so I am still lost to why my business isn't worth it.

    Mindy has been nothing short of wonderful since I took out my insurance policies with her. She has our vehicles and renters insurance and is always a phone call away to answer any questions. Customer service is getting worse everyday in every business but not with Mindy her customer service with a smile is amazing! Thank You Mindy more referrals coming your way.
