  I bought a house & chose them for homeowners insurance, they required roofing repairs & a signed document certifying the repairs good. No problem, I get that done. They sent an inspector to approve the repairs, this came directly out of their inspectors mouth the moment he finished, I didnt even ask him how it went he was happy to let us know they were fine. I get a letter in the mail TODAY saying I need my entire roof replaced by end of january (its 12/17) or they're dropping me and good luck to me finding an insurance company (meanwhile an inspection hasnt been done with my knowledge nor consent since the repairs have been made) These people had communicated NOTHING to me. This is absolutely not okay at all, whatsoever. I 100% just got scammed into paying them for an entire year, with no actual coverage. Thanks allstate for ENSURING I was NEVER in good hands.

  Pedi un full cover para mi Toyota HIGHLANDER y todo parecia bien y perfecto hasta que me chocaron mi toyota cuando llame para reclamar resusto q no me dieron el seguro adecuado tras q no tuve la culpa del accidente tengo q pagar mis daños por que nada cubrio y despues de dos meses que me hicieron esperar se quedo asi muy molesto
