  Great group of people!! Stopped in to meet with my agent to review everything and got to meet the owner and staff. I had an issue come up with my former insurance agent and this group went above and beyond to assist me and my family. Highly recommend.

  I agree with the first reviewer. The service was just horrible!!! It is incredible that they have any clients. It was not just one event but multiple. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt until it became obvious that this is just how they do business.Too bad you can't give 0 stars because that is how many they deserve.

  This might be the worst insurance agency in the city. When I first signed my policy, the agent had to return the next week because he realized he only brought half of the documents. I was unknowingly uninsured the entire week. Since then, in 3 years I've had 4 different agents. None of them contacted me when I switched hands, so it was always on me to figure out who I should be speaking to. Their turnaround time for getting a policy together and signed was about a week. Finally, when I had enough and terminated my contract with them, they refused to provide me with any of my policy documents so I could get something comparable through another agency. I had to file a complaint with the Ohio Department of Insurance and threaten legal action. Please, please, please, avoid these people if you can.
