Odd that we never received any info about the move, no "welcome to the new agency" communication ... in the meantime I've left 3 voicemails and 1 e-mail ... no response at all! We have moved our business to another agent.
- DMDiane MFeb 17, 20261.0My agent left and my account was transferred to this agency. I sent an email to this agent 4 days ago with no response. I tried to call the agency and got directed to corporate staff. This was after the agency's automated message did not understand my response that I wanted to speak with the agency staff. If had responded that I wanted a quote I likely would have gotten to the agency office. My old agent always answered my emails promptly and always took calls. Hopefully things will improve!
