Terrible,appointment at 2pm,arrived 1:50,told by Chris, Jim Spalding would be right with me,he didn't come out from back till 2:20,said he didn't know I was there,I was only one in the office,at that time,he told me he hadn't eaten,he began eating while he wás asking me questions,was interupted twice while he help another employee,he said he found me a better plan than I had,I ask him to double check on the dental plan,he read from his computer,he ask for my social security number so he could make sure,thru Medicaid I was good to go,he was sure of the coverage,so I agreedthis was Saturday,so Monday morning wanted to make sure what he told me was correct,contacted united health the one he enrolled me into,they told me Jim Spaulding was attempting to enroll me in a plan I was not qualified for,so I called Medicare planning was told Jim Spaulding would be in at noon,waited all day for him to call me back,never did,still hasn't,what a mess he has caused,gonna call Medicare office to report,so maybe other people won't have to go thru this,spent over an hour in his office,they advertise 30 minutes,spent over hour day before appointment on a link he sent me for all doctors, medications, hospitals etc,all big waste of time,now have to start all over,an now after the shutoff December 7th,now bigger problem
