  Privileged in so many ways to have met with Chris today! Chris was willing to make our scheduled meeting into a convenient and easy process for what ended up being two clients instead of just0 the one we scheduled! Could not have been happier for all the extra effort! Medicare Planning of Dayton is a rare gem of client satisfaction on all fronts.   Coming there was very good. The young lady Emma was so efficient and took so much stress off as she quickly completed where I'd was unable to. Her personality was so pleasant. It was wonderful to see Chris and the atmosphere of the office was very calming. It didn't take long to finish what I'd come for that was one of my concerns as well as understanding what's ahead for 2026. Questions were answered to the best of my knowledge and understanding and whatever I didn't grasp I believe in time it will all fall in place. Thank you all.

  Chris Curtis was an absolute pleasure!! He explained everything in great depth & also made several phone calls to my providers to check & make sure if they accepted the possibility of better Medicare plans & went over everything with me & advised me on what he thought was my best decision going forward & just made the entire experience that most people would probably agree is a massive tsunami of confusion & stress & made it very comfortable & very easy. I also would like to point out that my mother who is battling 2 separate cancers both ( lung & brain ) was also present with me during my visit & my mother asked Chris a question about her Medicare & shared with Chris her condition & Chris asked her about what plan she was on & she answered & Chris informed her about what was about to happen with her Medicare plan & her coverage & discussed with her a better option & told her he would find her a new plan that would have lower out of pocket expenses due to how many treatments she receives & told her that she should get that done before Thanksgiving & she booked an appointment with Chris right then & there!! So while the appointment was for myself, I was completely overjoyed that my mother accompanied me to this appointment because it led to her being informed by Chris about her Medicare plan & Chris telling her that he would get her setup with a better Medicare plan that’s more suitable to what she’s enduring & I was extremely grateful towards Chris for his guidance & his help towards me & to my mother who obviously wasn’t expecting to receive any help towards her own situation…But that’s how engaged Chris was during my visit. I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews about anything, But I felt very compelled to do so after my appointment & how genuine Chris treated my mother & how he truly cared about the healthcare my mother was receiving. So thank you 🙏🏻 very much Chris & I look forward to seeing you again during my mother’s appointment.

  Call began late. On speaker, Chris coughed a lot and lots of distracting background noise from his end was heard. Per our questioning, he had to make additional calls while we waited to determine if our dentist and eye doctor accepted other insurance besides our current Anthem. Since we'd submitted the detailed medical info weeks prior, we thought that would have been known prior to getting us on the line. However, we appreciate the service, as it's free to us. And, we know with all the government charges to Medicare, that everything is a mess this year.
