We discussed updating policies and changing things around. Evan cut my auto insurance in half, with better coverage. Thank you! Second occasion, I had filed a claim regarding an electrical surge issue. I was having a difficult time getting to the claims adjuster. Evan made some phone calls while I waited on hold. He got me connected after he himself was having difficulty. He went to bat for me and explained to the adjuster that, if he himself was having a hard time getting ahold of them, imagine how the customer feels. He took care of his customer the way he should. Thanks Evan!!
