  Beware!!! I’ve had several issues with Loretta over the past 4 years, including 2 near lapses in coverage because of poor/no communication on her part. On issue is when she mistook my change in address for a cancellation, and processed that cancellation without confirming (when I was told she would be calling me back). Another time she failed to locate a payment that was made to Allstate from my mortgage company, leaving me to jump through hoops of customer service agent to resolve the issue myself. Not only that, but as other reviewers have mentioned her attitude comes across as quite rude and disinterested in speaking with you. I would strongly recommend you find someone else who is more helpful to trust your business with.
