  Adam Phinazee delivered excellent service from start to finish. I was looking for coverage that truly fit my needs and my budget, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. He worked the numbers down to the lowest rate possible and was completely transparent about what could and couldn’t be adjusted. Even though everything was handled over the phone, he made the process feel seamless. He stayed on the line while I downloaded the app, walked me through entering my information, and made sure everything was properly set up on my phone before we ended the call. That level of patience and guidance made a big difference. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood every detail. I felt confident in my decision because he took the time to ensure everything was clear and complete.
