  Adam went above and beyond when I ran into an issue with my coverage. I had called in to see why my coverage was cancelled and other agents said they couldn’t do anything to help. When I got to Adam, he stayed until the problem was solved. I am very appreciative because I was nervous about my policy canceling and didn’t want to drive to work the next day with no insurance. I really appreciate the help.
