  My overall experience here was great 10/10, but one person in particular that I always felt comfortable with was Rashaune. That young man is so patient and charismatic. His customer service is too good because the conversation can be so great that you’re willing to make multiple purchases lol I hope he is there for a long time

  It was a pleasure to work with this agency. All my questions were answered with care and my options explained in detail. I felt valued as a client and as a person. It was easy to switch carriers and was involved in every step of the process. I am glad that I decided to contact them.

  Although I've found the women (just the women) I've interacted with here to be professional and honest, overall my experience is one of dishonesty and arrogance and questionably illegal behavior by this office. I was signed up without my consent or even notification for some kind of 'renters insurance' or whatever, at any rate it didn't even apply to me as I lived in a fully insured property. I was told (by a male) that it was to save me money (but apparently none of my business). Worse though, my vehicle became disabled almost a year ago and I was unable to renew it's license. I still kept paying insurance on it for 6 months or so, thinking I could get it repaired and licensed. Finally I suspended my insurance and shortly thereafter my car was junked. A few months later I noticed a charge on my checking account from Allstate. I called to complain and (a man) answered and informed me it was my "reinstatement fee". I did not request reinstatement as I do not own a vehicle. He explained to me that "in the state of Ohio you must purchase auto insurance if you have a driver's license even if you don't own a vehicle". I highly doubt that. Anyway, I told him to cancel my insurance and he said "I'll put in a request for your policy cancellation". Today I received another bill for my policy. I guess my "request" was denied. Also, online, I can't review any of my policies or history. They do nothing when I select them. Would not recommend this outfit as they are now at all. And, by the way, I'm a male and not 'just an angry woman' as some might unjustly think. I just appreciate professionalism and honesty, and I expect it. Just pointing out gender so you know with whom you're speaking.
