  Excellent. When we had an issue with a broken drain pipe in the wall of our house, Allstate stepped up and covered all of the costs in water cleanup and repairs. The Allstate team was courteous, understanding and knowledgeable. This was our first time in having a claim on our house and it was good to know we were in good hands with Allstate

  Unfortunately, I have had to cancel my policies and switch to another company. This agency somehow managed to switch my pay in full bank account to another person's bank account which took a long time to correct. Most of my emails went unanswered and promised return phone calls never came. The problem was never fully corrected as I was assessed an installment fee after being informed I had paid in full. Customer service with this agency is non-existent and any response from them should be taken with a grain of salt. I am now paying more for my coverage, but someone always answers my phone calls and emails are promptly answered. Wish I could give zero stars.

  Mckayla was very professional and kind. She listened to what I wanted and needed. She quoted me exactly what was asked. I bought Home policy right then. She set up payment and signed and sent in. I was insured same day. Very Easy. My paperwork was recieved via regular mail about 7 days. I am very happy.

  I wish there was a way of giving no stars. After several years with this operation it was with great relief when I cancelled my policies today because of the worst service I've ever received from an insurance agency. Fortunately, I was able to get better coverage at a significantly lower premium cost. The people there were so annoying where, if you were just a day late in paying your monthly premium, Geoppinger directs one of his office stooges to call and inquire pretending, of course, to be concerned about you. At every renewal there was a significant premium increase with no explanation. Geoppinger would take offense if you complained and it didn't matter that I never had a homeowner's claim under the policy. Although he claims to, he doesn't look after your interest. He had the replacement value of both our homes underinsured by several hundred thousand dollars which I only discovered when I decided to move on and to replace him. I never heard a word from him on this. He is not entirely to blame, however. Being very busy I didn't carefully monitor my declarations when they came up for renewal choosing, instead, to trust him. I urge anyone who is insured with Geoppinger to monitor your coverages to make certain they are appropriate and to shop as I did. You might be surprised at the lower premium cost and the better coverages that are available to you.
