  This is the worst communication I have personally dealt with in a company. I was sent to collections for bills they sent me after I had already cancelled service with them.

  I live in Mason and there're a couple of AllState Agencies near by, however I keep using this one in Blue Ash for my home and auto insurance for over 10 years. Their service is exemplary...Angela, Diane, just to name a few. I like the no pressure but warm attitude best. AllState's general pricing and claiming has not much to do with the agency, but this one is doing their best in getting you covered.
