Trying to get anything accomplished over the phone is ridiculous! I spent ALL day trying to get ahold of the agent that had my claim!! I called here to ask for help / what to do and Briana got on the phone with me and dealt with the so called customer service on 3 way call.. and with her help Alone I was able to track down my stolen car myself!! I can't even explain how grateful I am that see took time to help me when she didn't have to at all! Thank you so much Briana!! You were the only person period who helped me get answers that day/ with that claim... you really are the best! Thank You!!!!!!
