  I was transferred to Neil Griffin by a customer rep at The General. He is quite personable, albeit a very fast talker! He was very open to slowing down but we had an unfortunate and annoying delay on the phone. NOT his fault! We finally got a rhythm going and he made me laugh (a neccessity for dealing with me) and got everything explained, despite the phone issues. I checked out Direct Auto online and with a very knowledgeable 3rd party and we agreed he had given me the best options for my present situation. I give him 5 STARS.
