- CCCody CurryJun 14, 20231.09 days after my claim. Zero help from adjuster and zero help from my own agency. Both are Absolutely Unwilling to answer simple and straight forward questions about my policy and an examples of what would or wouldn’t be covered.. as if they’re purposefully hiding and withholding information about my policy from me during my Approx $150,000 worth of sewage water damage during a home owners claim. And then so rudely hung up on me as I was “too upset” about them literally refusing to answer questions about my policy when asked over a dozen times. LOL Sorry for being the only one in your entire company to be upset about how unethically and unprofessional your company has treated me! 8 years I’ve been with Allstate with over 27 years of coverage with on business equipment.From the company, claims adjuster and down to the agency. Pathetic. Cannot wait to change providers after this is over
