- CCCostFeb 3, 20265.0Rachel Andy Tony This trifecta is unstoppable! The three best and easiest allstate representatives to work with! These three are hands down the best. They are always kind, always ready to help, and patient when answering questions! I am so thankful we switched to this insurance agent! After a phone call with Andy, he found us better rates! Also, Andy has worked a few home insurance quotes for us when looking at new homes. And he always is able to provide a discerning insight! Rachel is always so kind and friendly! She always remembers who I am when I call! How cool! Tony is actually easy to get ahold of when scheduled! Which is awesome! He does his due diligence to talk and see what insurance needs to questions I have are answered!

They will mis-lead and mis-inform you to make it as quick and as cheap on them as possible. 3 stars cause I’ve only ever had a minimal problem with the office, but as a whole company, don’t do it. As with your typical money hungry insurance company they don’t care about their customers after they’ve cashed the check.
