  I had a great experience working with Tyler Steiner’s Allstate office, especially agent Joe Lambos. They took the time to review my existing home, auto and personal umbrella policies and made thoughtful recommendations to better align our coverage with our current financial situation. What really stood out was their holistic approach—they weren’t just trying to sell policies, but actually thinking through how to properly protect our assets. On the life insurance side, their partner Lani, working through Protective Life, was able to secure extremely competitive rates for both me and my wife. The coverage we now have gives us real peace of mind knowing our family is protected long-term.   Allstate is a good company. But I would go to another agent. He's fine signing you up. I had two runners insurance claims in one year. And he went berserk on me. He threw out words like insurance fraud. I let him know the second time that the contractors left holes in the floor so water could just go down to the next level the first claim. And then when he yelled at me I let him know that it was the contractor's fault and not mine. I don't see how that pertains to me because my rent went up and also my insurance is up too. I let him know that my wife passed away after the first claim. He sent me a letter saying he was canceling my service. So I had a car with a loan so I went with another insurance company. He did not cancel my auto insurance so he charged me for 2 months. What idiot would expect me to stay with him after insulting me like that. And of course he put it on my credit. I just don't want anybody else going through what I went through. He even called my loan company and said I did not have insurance and they laughed at him says well he doesn't have it with you but he has it with somebody else and he still didn't cancel the service.
